We have it all at plan a web wedding a complete Idaho Wedding
Bride
Hi there,
My fiancee and I are looking for a tropical
wedding in Idaho. We came across your website and are interested in you
making our website after the wedding can do ? iWe like the Paradise
theme design package. We're looking to have the wedding during the last
week of May 2008. We're flexible on the date and time when it should be
done...
This is our dream wedding (descriptions below are
additional to the Lovers in Paradise wedding package you offer):
We want to have our ceremony and small
lunch reception for 8 people in total somewhere private or semi-private
on grass area (ie. park) overlooking the ocean, with palm trees and
tropical plants around us. Ideally the beach would be close by so that
we can walk over to take pictures after the ceremony. Thereby allowing
time for someone to setup the lunch reception. We want a beach with
nice sand
For the ceremony, we want an arch decorated with
flowers, fruits, and lace or ribbon matching my bouquet. Also want a
white carpet with flower petals and tropical fruits (whatever is in
season and cheap) decorated along the side of the carpet. We only have
6 guests so no need for chairs. We'll have men standing on one side and
women on the other side of the aisle while I walk down and then everyone
come up and surround us while we exchange vows. We don't mind spending
more money on the flowers, fruits, lace decorations to make it look
nice.
For my color theme, I'd like to have red, orange,
yellow in the middle with lots of green tropical leaves holding the
flowers/fruits together. I want it to be small to medium size as I
don't want a really heavy bouquet. For my bridesmaids, I'd like to
have a smaller version of my bouquet a ribbon around each. I don't have
a preference for expensive flowers or fruits, whatever is cheap & in
season but can give me the colors I like (I like vibrant colors) is good
enough for me.
For the lunch reception, we want something nice
but not extreme. Likely a 3 course simple lunch for max $70USD/pp. We
can cut the cake (simple 2 tier cake with flowers as shown on your
website) and do a champagne toast at the end of the lunch. We'd prefer
to have one big round table that all 8 of us can sit & dine together.
I'm guessing we'll likely need limousine service
from our hotel (we'll likely stay at the Hyatt Regency) to the wedding
location. If we can all travel together 8 people in 1 limo, it would be
nice, if not, a 2 person limo is fine and the guests will take a taxi
perhaps.
After the lunch reception, we may want to perhaps
take some more pictures ourselves without professional photographer for
another 1/2 hour, then return to the hotel and rest a bit before going
off to a traditional Hawaiian dinner show.
In terms of timing, likely the ceremony can begin
at 11am (ceremony for 20mins), take pictures on beach until 12:30pm,
lunch reception from 12:30 until 1:30pm. At that time, we can
walk around some more on our own for another 1/2 hour and then have the
limo take us back to the hotel. We'll likely need the limo for 3hours.
For the dinner show, we'll likely all change to
more casual clothes etc, so we likely only need you to help us book the
tickets, we can probably take taxis to the show ourselves.
Also forgot to mention, we'll need hair/makeup for
me and the 2 bridesmaids (if they cannot come to the hotel, please
recommend a salon where we can go to get this done). We also need
recommendations for where to rent a tuxedo ($200-300USD).
Please let us know if this is possible or if any
of it is too unrealistic (it is only our ideal and we're willing to
compromise). Aside from recommending where we can have the wedding,
please give us an estimate on the cost based on what I've described
above (please break it down per item so we can decide what we absolutely
need and what we may be able to live without).
Looking forward to hearing and working with you.
Thank you for making it this far down my email,
Lily of the valley Bride
